About a year ago I decided to retire and needed something to fill my time (I could only watch so much daytime TV!). After many months of looking at various things, I decided to try photography, so I went along to the Sidmouth Photographic Club in September 2024. I instantly felt at home; nearly every one spoke to me and made me feel very welcome. And over the next few months, I was encouraged to try different photography groups, ending up on the committee supporting future new members.
